At the Eulen Group, we work with new technologies to improve the well-being of our employees. That is why we have developed this technological solution based on virtual reality and aimed at those people who, due to their job handling loads, require training in postural hygiene. The worker acts in a virtual environment, performing the different tasks that are proposed, and through the sensors placed on his body, the postural movement is captured and compared with the digital model generated with the ORP indications. Once the exercise is finished, the worker will be able to see their avatar and the evaluation of their movements so that they can correct them until they achieve the necessary degree of compliance. With this solution, a more attractive and effective training is achieved, avoiding distractions thanks to the immersive experience provided by virtual reality and thus achieving more objective learning. Health care reduced sick leave and increased productivity are the success of this project.
