The unstoppable development of Grupo Arnedo's Ecocity of Transport Industrial Estate continues with the latest commitment of Inmo-Arnedo, which has already begun to build another logistics centre, with more than 54,000m2 useful for storage and 80,000m2 of plot. The Ecocity of Transport is located between the municipalities of El Villar de Arnedo and Pradejón (La Rioja). Strategic enclave within the triangle formed by cities such as Bilbao, Madrid and Barcelona, at the foot of the N-232 and 4 minutes from the AP-68, both the Calahorra and Lodosa junctions. With this latest logistics centre, the usable area for storage in this location stands at 150,000m2, bringing Inmo-Arnedo's total capacity to over half a million usable square metres in the Iberian Peninsula and more than one million square metres in plots. Inmo-Arnedo is positioned as a leading operator in the north of Spain and a major player on the national scene. The new centre will be entirely built in concrete, being a facility that will allow maximum functionality, equipped with more than 30 loading docks, numerous doors for lateral operations, as well as all the quality, environmental and management certifications that distinguish Inmo Arnedo in all its assets. The property will also have a fire protection system with higher standards than those required in Europe, office space, photovoltaic installation for self-consumption, LED luminaires and large parabolic skylights in order to make the most of natural light. The installation is expected to be completed before the end of 2024.
