Oli is Aena's chatbot that has been implemented in various channels such as the Aena app, the website or airport screens, reinforcing the information received by passengers with artificial intelligence to improve their experience within the airports in the network. Oli can provide assistance in 9 languages and is connecting with chatbots from other airports outside the Aena network to offer greater connectivity. In addition, Oli offers entertainment with a game to further elevate the passenger experience in the hours of waiting inside the airport. In the airports where it has been deployed (MAD and BCN) Oli has obtained a score of 4.36/5. This initiative has created a travel companion for passengers at these airports, who can enjoy their free time by passing through them.
