The IP-M60 is the world's first hybrid marine VHF and LTE transceiver. This portable radio for land and sea communications allows you to switch at the push of a button between conventional marine VHF radio and LTE radio for closed-group communications within range of network coverage. Despite being two independent systems, the transceiver allows you to communicate in both modes at the same time. The IP-M60 was conceived with the idea of facilitating the work of shipping companies, port operations, coast guards, rescue teams and race organisers among other potential users. Thus, it has features such as hands-free VOX and active noise cancellation. In addition, the LTE system provides advantages that conventional marine radios do not have: the ability to install two SIM cards, the call recording function, Bluetooth connectivity, Full Duplex communications, voice encryption, the ability to make emergency calls (man down, lone worker, and motion/stationary), the ability to send predefined short messages, and vibration call alert.
