The DISRUPTIVE project, led by the Digital Cluster of Catalonia, aims to strengthen the resilience and efficiency of logistics networks in Spain through the implementation of an advanced system for the early detection and monitoring of risks and disruptions. This system is based on the digitalization of logistics-related sectors and focuses on five main objectives: methodologically mapping networks in Aragon and Catalonia, evaluating relevant data sources, detecting, and classifying disruptions, understanding current risk management processes and protocols, and implementing a prototype solution with a visualization dashboard. Using technologies such as Machine Learning, DISRUPTIVE seeks to develop specialized models to identify key disruptions, thus improving crisis management and response in the logistics sector.
