Our logistics buildings feature a unique biophilic approach, innovating in terms of neuroarchitecture, wellness and energy efficiency. The well-being of people is emphasized using greenery, the quality of natural light, efficient climate control, the incorporation of art, the psychology of colour, and the choice of specific furniture. A sustainable design, responsible with the environment and with the quality of life of users, something new and still unique in the sector. As an example, we show the creation of a double skin on the façade of offices, where the planters create a more pleasant working environment and, at the same time, comply with the principles of low water consumption and maintenance by using species endemic to the area. The planters are also used for solar control in all office areas that are equipped with a BMS system to control and optimize the consumption of resources.
